You are constantly relationship-building with your customers, so, testimonials are a great way of showcasing their experience with you; this strengthens trust and reputation for your business. Most people would rather use a company that someone recommended than one that they haven’t heard anything about before.
Word of mouth is everything!
If you have given a customer a free product, such as an E-book for example, this is a great way of getting feedback on your product and also another recorded statement to add to your bag! If you feel like you have gone an extra mile for one of your customers, definitely ask for a testimonial as this proves you care about them and will give an excellent service.
