- Can you tell us about a time when you’ve had an idea at work, to either improve something or introduce a new way of working?
- What can we do to ensure long-term success?
- Using your past experience can you tell us about a time when you’ve identified activities and resources to meet a new objective?
- Can you provide an example of when you’ve set a deadline? Why was this and how did you deliver the message?
- Can you explain how you’ve ensured objectives are achievable?
- Give us an example of when you’ve experienced a setback and how did you manage this?
- Tell me about a recent situation when you had to build a relationship with a new colleague. Why was the relationship important?
