Why didn’t I use Gotcha sooner?!

“Normally we would advertise our team positions in free paper and websites. I thought this was saving me money. I have now realised that it actually cost me enormous amounts of money!”

We trailed Gotcha to see whether we were missing a trick, and we were. The hand picked candidates were everything we were expecting, wanting and needing. This year has currently been the most successful peak trading of any on record, with less staff than normal but twice the output it has been an amazing experience.

The team are happier than ever and it all just works. I have thank the Gotcha Team for an amazing experience that i will repeat every year from now on. Simply Brilliant!!!

Hoping to repeat my successful temp hiring experience i decided to challenge the Gotcha Team with finding me a Customer Service Administrator. Again my normal ploy was to hire someone i knew or advertise in the free medias. But this time i wanted someone different, someone that was matched to the role i needed to fill. Again the amazing team came up trumps and we choose 2 to interview, both of which were exactly what we were looking for. 

We now have an amazing new Team member. Why didn’t i do this sooner? Thanks to Angela and the Team for their excellent work, i’ll be back soon!
