“The staff at Gotcha are so friendly”

The staff at Gotcha are so friendly and easy to talk to. I dealt mostly with Lily and she was amazing she made the experience feel as if I was talking to a friend. I also liked little touches like Gill texting me the day of the interview to wish me good luck.
