"I got the job!"

I must say my experience with Gotcha has been very positive, and not just because I got the job!

Both Lily and Hollie kept me informed with what was going on, I was never left in the dark, and if one was away the other kept in touch. I had never heard of Gotcha before so had no pre-conceived ideas.

My experience with other agencies has not been as professional – with agencies (especially the big names) all over you like a rash one minute, then going incredibly quiet when you don’t get shortlisted – do they not realise we would rather hear bad news than no news? The act of job hunting 2016-style can be incredibly soul destroying, and agencies are in the position of being in the middle. Obviously in HR I have dealt with agencies as a client as well as a job seeker – they have a fine line to tread, but those who manage to keep both happy get a tick in my book!
