When we began, back in 2009, the UK hit a challenging economic downturn – companies were fighting to stay in business. It was a time where every person counted as companies had to reduce headcount to increase their profits. We responded to this challenge by creating an innovative, new recruitment process that produced results fast and sourced candidates that delivered much, much more than the minimum.
It was an immediate success, and businesses soon trusted us to find the candidates that would see them through the bad times and get them back on their feet when they needed it most.
We continue to offer our clients value for money and the individual attention to detail to recruit exactly the right person for the job. Our clients come back time and again, trusting us find the person that makes possible their plans for the future. We don’t follow the herd – we’ve always been free thinkers – but innovate to improve our recruitment processes alongside the needs of our clients.

We invest our time into each client, informing them of every step of their recruitment process. We stand against loaded promises, short-term thinking and cold-hearted recruitment methods that only serve to get ‘bums on seats’ no matter what. Instead, we’re dedicated to find THE right person for the vacancy, advising and guiding our clients round potential pitfalls and setbacks.
We use psychometric testing to profile all our shortlisted applicants – an integral part of our Talent Dynamics process. We also offer a FREE de-brief for the line manager, helping to ensure the new recruit fits seamlessly into the team.

Our process works and as a result we’re still growing today thanks to repeat and referral business. We form close partnerships with Business Consultants and HR consultants, helping them to serve their clients better. Working as a team, together we help companies build confident, competent workforces that drives them to reach their goals.
