Every individual see’s being productive differently, but the secret is whether you’re in flow, not clock watching! If you are constantly looking at the time, you will find yourself being, far less forward than you anticipated.
Flow is the ‘least of resistance’ and doing what you’re you love to do. Have you found yourself doing something that you really don’t want to do, but have to do, and it takes you forever and twice the time you planned? Well this is because, your not in flow, therefore, you are less productive!
Our suggestion is to:
1. Outsource what you don’t enjoy doing
2. Automate tasks, so you don’t have to think about them
3. Concetrate on what you love to do
4. Delegate responsibilities giving more accountability to others
5. Do all jobs that you hate to do first thing in the morning (if you really need to do yourself)
6. Improve your mindset, unblock and de-clutter your head.
