1. Only work with a trusted REC corporate provider.
2. Work with one provider at a time with lead times if you wish to use more than one, however we would suggest use only one and develop trust.
3. Don’t accept speculative CV’s, once they’ve emailed you, they have you.
4. Check the provider has interviewed the candidate and the candidate has given their authorisation to submit their CV to you.
5. Ensure agencies check candidates activity and where they have applications pending.
