What does the report mean?
Talent Dynamics Profiling is the world’s number one tool based on Myers Briggs the psychometric assessment and the I-Ching Chinese philosophy on FLOW and productivity; Its measures when and how you’re most productive. Companies use this profiling tool, to help accelerate trust and FLOW within the team. There are 8 Profiles and 4 Talent Frequencies, known as energies also.

- Playing at you’re strength whereby you are engaged and in the zone.
Why is FLOW important for any person at work and in business?
- When everyone is in FLOW as a team, the company is in FLOW which leads to efficiency, growth and success.

- Transparency within the team, knowing who will be better at specific tasks/responsibilities.

It’s not just about the Primary and Secondary Profiles, pigeon holing people. Everyone can do everything; however, others might be better, quicker and slicker because it’s their flow. I.e. What they love to do. Everyone will have a predominant frequency for this reason, but depending on their frequency percentages can adjust at times to use different energies, but it may take them longer for example as they are out of FLOW.
