Signing-up to Gotcha Give & Get Programme means that Gotcha gives you and your customers/clients quality candidates using a tailored headhunting service, and in return you get access to up to 50% off recruitment fees and other benefits, which applies to those you refer also.
2. Give & Get Benefits
2.1 Access to The Internal Recruiter, our sister company, if you require virtual recruitment/people administration support, whereby you pay just £30.00+vat per hour. Alternatively, you may decide to Sign-Up to the Elite Membership for just £50.00+vat per month and receive unlimited support for 12 months. In the event you decide to Sign-Up for Elite, the £10.00+vat Give & Get monthly amount is waived.

Signing up to the Give & Get Programme
3.1 Programme Fees and Duration
The current Give & Get Programme is £10.00 + vat per calendar month for a 12 month period.
3.2 Payment
3Links Consultancy collects Gotcha Give & Get Programme monthly payments and is the provider of the services offered. We will invoice monthly for 12 months, from the date of the Give & Get Proposal Agreement. May we ask that you arrange a standing order to eliminate confusion and to avoid missed payments.

3.3 Renewal and Cancellation
We will contact you when you your Programme is due for renewal and will provide a new proposal for your agreement. If you decide to not renew your Programme this will take affect at the end of your 12 month period and we will cancel further Give & Get services meaning your account will revert to our standard signature fees.
3.4 Signing-Up and Accepting the Programme
We reserve the right to accept or refuse your Programme with us, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3.5 No Transfer or Assignment of Programme or Benefits
You may not transfer or assign your Gotcha Give & Get Programme to any other company.
4.0 Termination
We may terminate Gotcha Give & Get Programme with 14 days’ notice for convenience and will issue a prorated refund of your paid Give & Get Programme fee based on the time remaining in your current period.
We may terminate your Gotcha Give & Get Programme immediately by notice if we consider that (a) your use of the Give & Get service materially breaches these Terms or any applicable law or (b) you fraudulently use or misuse the Give & Get service. In this case we will not give any refund. We will inform you of the termination of your Gotcha Give & Get Programme and your right to appeal.
If you decide to terminate your Programme we request 3 months’ notice please in writing, stating your reasons for such decision.
- Agreement Changes
We may change these Terms or the Give & Get service, or any part of it, at any time: for legal or regulatory reasons; for security reasons; to enhance existing features or add additional features to the Give & Get service. If we make changes, we will inform you in due form and time about it and remind you of your rights. You will be able not to accept these changes and you will keep the possibility to cancel your Gotcha Give & Get Programme at any time.
Regardless of any changes to these Terms or the Give & Get service, any increase in the applicable membership fee will not apply before the end of your current membership period.
