Gotcha was very helpful to me through all the process of getting the job. Lily and Gill was very approachable and helpful in preparation with the phone and the personal interview.

The communication with gotcha was very nice, as it includes all forms of communications, from email, text and phone calls. This was really helpful as I was not always available to answer the phone and sometimes it was more convenient for me to respond by email or text. Gill was very friendly and approachable, she was able to respond to my queries very quickly and was helpful in giving tips and information regarding my interviews.

Overall it has been an easy transition for me from university to employment because of Gotcha.
