How we build a person specification
Your dedicated Talent Finder will meet with you in person to fully discuss your vacancy. Taking time to fully understand the role at this initial stage is critical to the recruitment process.

The vision: How do you envisage the company growing? How would the ideal person help you realise your goals for your business?
This detailed process allows us to build up a full person specification – which is much more comprehensive than a standard job spec. You’ll get the opportunity to review the specification, and make changes, before we use it as a basis for our Talent Finding process.
