CIPD – Week 1 and 2

After a few easy weeks of settling into the course and getting to understand the expectations, we started on the course content this week. We are looking at different types of organisational structures and how the HR function and needs will differ to each different type of organisation.

We also had our first attempt at Harvard referencing.

The last time I did an assignment I don’t think the internet was invented but now you can reference it as a source!
