- Demonstrate the support you offer i.e. learning and development, additional qualifications, training and materials/access to knowledge
- Advocate benefits which help life/work balance i.e childcare vouchers, socials, dental/healthcare, increased holiday with service, discount vouchers
- Flexi-time/work from home, if the business allows or overtime to show you value their time, effort and commitment
- Reiterate the review process (ideally every 3 months), incentives/bonus to help them earn more and increase self-achievement.
