2 years at Gotcha…

During my 2 years at Gotcha, I have evolved as much as the company. I lacked confidence on my first day as it had been quite a few years since I had worked in a professional office.

I found the prospect of picking up the phone very daunting. I soon got over this fear and was sourcing candidates within weeks and picking up the phone without having to prepare for 30 minutes beforehand.

Angela was encouraging and made me feel that I was really up to the job.

Now 2 years later I am still here, we are in a new office and the team is bigger than it was 2 years ago. We are a close team and value each other’s strengths and we have a great working relationship and I am very lucky to be able to count my colleagues as friends.  I have also embarked on the CIPD course so that we are able to offer a new service to our clients.
